Document Scanning and Hosting

The easiest way to get your scanning project started is with our document hosting plan.

An extremely easy, cost-effective process where we;

  • build a document hosting web application on our document hosting server for you to your specification (at no cost to you).
  • collect your documents
  • scan your documents
  • index your documents
  • transfer them to our document hosting server
  • provide you with usernames and passwords for your staff
  • you then access the system via a standard internet browser to search, retrieve and view your documents.....from anywhere !
  • Access to the system is by username/password. Alternatively we can provide multi-level username/securecode/password access.  We can further restrict access by IP address to ensure that only users within the IP range that you specify can log-in.
  • No restriction on the number of users.

You also have full access to upload and index your own documents directly into the system from your web browser....any documents, PDF, TIF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX - any file-type !
How much does it cost?  A lot less than you probably think.  We charge a small monthly hosting fee (no setup charges ) for the online document management system that enables you to upload and retrieve your documents via a web-browser from anywhere.  If we also scan paper documents for you there will be a separate (one off) charge per 1,000 pages. The price for document scanning will be agreed with you prior to job start.
